Who is responsible

What data we collect
- Data you send us through the contact form (name, email, phone, company, event details, message).
- Technical data needed to run the site (shortened IP address, browser type).
- Anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics).
- With your consent: data collected by the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure campaigns.
Why we use it
To answer your requests and prepare an offer, to run and improve the site and, only with your consent, to measure our LinkedIn campaigns.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are deleted at the latest 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
Who receives it
- Vercel Inc. (hosting and statistics), including servers outside Switzerland.
- Neon Inc. (database).
- Resend (automatic emails).
- Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva (mailboxes).
- LinkedIn Ireland (only with consent).
- Eventfrog AG, for event registration, under their own policy.
Where data is processed in countries without adequate protection, we rely on standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@ladolcevitaeventi.ch.
